Congratulatory Memo

Eastwick Family, 

Allow me to congratulate VP Christy Delaguerra, Enrique Perero, Marlyn Rabelo, Yaly Anziani and the entire FA team for their very solid performance with this year’s audits.  Two campuses had zero findings and two had one very minor finding. Fabulous! Executive VP Bhavna Tailor had her hands full with all of the new reporting requirements regarding earnings. She completed a massive amount of work that is foolishly required by the feds. Provost and Exec VP Rafael Castilla continues progress as a one-man Middle States wrecking crew. Could 2026 be the year we wear the Middle States crown?  

Congratulations goes to Bechoy Metias who took the corporate position for assessment. Not an easy job but I’m sure you are up to it! Stefania Stolaj accepted her corporate position as our On-line Program Director. In Ramsey, Samantha Conklin was promoted to Associate Registrar, Giselle Rodriquez to Surgical Tech’s Associate Program Director and Ben Chambers ST’s Lab Coordinator. Hackensack welcomed our new Program Director for Funeral Services, Tara Scarponi. Good luck everyone!  

I have recently agreed to adding another manager at each campus. A Dean of Students position is open immediately.  Basic requirements include a Master Degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling or similar. The position will report directly to the campus director. As always, I’d prefer to hire from within so if you have an interest please send your resume to the exec team and the campus directors ASAP.
