About the Program

The IT/Network Support Program at Eastwick College will teach you the fundamentals of electronics and then move on to more advanced electronic and computer training, including the study of computer networking, hardware, software, fiber optics and wireless technology. The duration of this program is 18 months for day classes and 24 months for evening classes. This degree prepares you for a career in a wide variety of industries from aerospace, marine, automotive, industrial electronics, and beyond.

According to the Bureau of Labor Statistics, employment of computer and information technology occupations is projected to grow by 13 percent from 2016 to 2026, faster than the average for all occupations. This employment growth is predicted to produce about 557,100 new jobs. Lastly, the median annual wage for computer and information technology occupations is higher than the average median annual wage for all other occupations.
