Eastwick College graduates gathered at The Venetian in Garfield, New Jersey to celebrate their accomplishments and a ceremonial entrance into the workforce. Commencement was held on November 14th, when over 200 students received their diplomas after months of studying and hands-on experience.

Graduates from all programs that Eastwick College offers across three campuses received diplomas. Eastwick College’s curriculum is based on the skills needed for jobs in high demand. Surgical technology, nursing and sonography are just some of the many growing fields Eastwick College prepares students for.

Thomas Eastwick, the President and founder of Eastwick College spoke at the ceremony, as well as James Tedesco, the Bergen County Executive. Both speakers remarked on the impact Eastwick graduates have on their communities, both during their studies and after graduation.

Eastwick College’s primary focus is preparing individuals for a profession upon graduation. That’s why the college requires students to gain hands-on experience in addition to textbook and classroom learning in order to graduate. Degrees in healthcare, technology, culinary arts and business are offered.
